I am currently creating a demonstration for professional services in our S4HC TD Tenant. But I`m stuck because I can`t add resources to work packages (no resources are found/available). It seems that I need either a connection to SuccessFactors or an application using the Manage Workforce Availability API (see api.sap.com/api/API_MANAGE_WF_AVAILABILITY/resource): The Terms and Conditions (CGV) document outlines the main legal requirements for the selected cloud service, including user rights, customer data, confidentiality and liability rule restrictions. Information on resources and their availability must be available daily for all relevant resources. If integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) is available, resource data such as work schedule, vacation schedule and time profile are established in SF EC during the recruitment process. If integration with SF EC hasn`t been configured, you can use the Manage Workforce Availability (API_MANAGE_WF_AVAILABILITY) API to manage resource data. You will find more information in the association and search for the name of the API. The data processing agreement applies to SAP Cloud services that process personal data. It ensures that your personal data is properly protected and defines SAP`s obligation to maintain the certifications in effect.
