We are the forum for in-house Recruitment Manager (The FIRM LTD). We are a community and online platform for internal recruitment professionals. We offer our members membership services such as research, performance calibration, events and training. Our members use our services to connect with other people and gain knowledge and information. They also use our platform to promote employment and find career opportunities. They may use all materials (“materials”) available to the member through a website or other platform made available by AIN or another entity, exclusively for the limited purposes provided for by this agreement or for other purposes granted to the member in a written agreement reached by the owner of these materials. The member will not copy, publish, rework, reproduce, disseminate or transmit the documents unless it has been submitted in writing by the company or company that created or made available access to them. The Member acknowledges that the materials are the exclusive property of the company, the company or another third party that created or owns them, if any, and accepts that they have no claim or right to these materials, unless expressly provided for in a separate written agreement with the owner of these materials; The member undertakes not to use confidential information (as defined below) that is disclosed to the member of the company or another member, a company or a representative or agent of the company or another member or business, or at an event related to the NSA, for its own use or for any purpose other than (i) , and the obligation that the rights of the member under this agreement or (ii) be defined otherwise in an agreement confidentiality (an “NDA”) with the party to which the confidential information relates.
